Access and Use of the Service Service Description: The Service provides you with the ability to purchase the Products directly from a Retailer. When you select a Product and use the Service to submit your payment information, you are submitting an order to a Retailer for their acceptance or rejection (each such accepted order, hereinafter referred to as a “Qualifying Purchase”). More details about Qualifying Purchases, Products and Retailers are described below. Your Registration Obligations: You may be required to register with Yoshi Matcha Liqueur or provide information about yourself (e.g., name, date of birth and email address) in order to access and use certain features of the Service. If you choose to register for the Service, you agree to provide and maintain true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as prompted by the Service’s registration form. Registration data and certain other information about you are governed by our Privacy Policy. If you are under 21 years of age, you are not authorized to use the Service.
