2 OZ Yoshi Matcha Liqueur

1 OZ Vodka (our favorite), Tequila, or Gin

1 Egg White

0.5 OZ Simple Syrup (optional)

add Yoshi Matcha Liquer to a cocktail shaker along with the simple syrup and tequila. add ice and shake. strain into a cocktail glass with a matcha powder dusting on top and enjoy!
