1 Egg White or 0.5 OZ Aquafaba
0.5 OZ Simple Syrup (optional)
Method: measure and pour everything in a
cocktail shaker, dry shake for 10 seconds, then add ice and shake another 10 seconds, and double strain.
Glassware: Nick and Nora
