2oz Yoshi Matcha Liqueur

1oz Vodka (our favorite),

Gin, or Tequila

1 Egg White or Aquafaba

.25oz Simple Syrup (optional)

add Yoshi Matcha Liquer to a cocktail shaker along with the simple syrup and spirit of choice. add ice and shake. strain into a cocktail glass with a matcha powder dusting on top and enjoy!
